- Refrain from any misuse, fraudulent activity, or tampering with the platform
3. Booking & Processing:
Once your booking form is submitted and payment proof is uploaded, we begin processing your request with an authorized vendor. You will receive order status updates via email or SMS.
Processing times may vary depending on vendor availability and location. BookMyHSRP is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.
4. Payments:
All payments must be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other approved methods shown on our Payment page. A screenshot or proof of payment is mandatory to complete your booking.
5. Refunds & Cancellations:
Refunds are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable time window and will only be processed if the order has not already been forwarded for final processing.
6. Limitation of Liability:
BookMyHSRP will not be held liable for:
- Delays in plate delivery by vendors
- Rejection of applications due to incorrect or invalid documents
- Loss of data due to user error or device failure
7. Privacy:

You need to upload a clear image of your vehicle's Registration Certificate (RC) during the booking process. Make sure the details match the information you enter.
Once you fill out the booking form, a UPI QR code is shown. You can scan it using any UPI app and upload a screenshot of the successful payment. We also accept bank transfers where applicable.
After your documents and payment are verified, your application is forwarded to an authorized vendor. Processing time may vary but typically takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location.
